Domestic Returns (Within India)

  • Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for domestic orders.

  • Pickup Service: In most cases, we will arrange a pickup service for your return. Please ensure you are available for the pickup and respond to calls from our delivery partner.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their order anytime before the order is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details. If the order is canceled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. It can only be returned as per the Return Policy after receipt of the order.
