Do you offer complimentary cleaning & repair services?

Yes — cleaning is available at our India studio (U.S. coming soon). Free mail-in repair assessments are available.

Engraving is available online and in-studio. Standard engraving requires 1–2 days; hand engraving 3–4 days. Engraved items are final sale.

Yes. Global shipping is available. Duties, VAT, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

India: shipped within 48 hours; delivered in 2–5 days. U.S.: 3–5 days ground; 1–2 days express.

India: free express shipping. U.S.: free standard ground, $20 for UPS 2-Day. International: shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx at carrier rates.

Tracking details are emailed and sent via SMS when the order ships; signature required for delivery.

Unworn items in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days for full refund or replacement.
