Returns & Exchanges
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement; returns and exchanges are complimentary in both India and the U.S. DALAKOSA
Start online via our Returns portal or email care@dalakosa.com. In India, we’ll send you a prepaid return label; U.S. customers ship back to our Texas studio (address to come). DALAKOSA

Jewelry Care & Services
Store pieces in the provided pouch and box. Avoid harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and prolonged water exposure. Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth as needed.
Yes—enjoy on-site cleaning at our India studio (and soon in the U.S.) and free mail-in repair assessments with no obligation.
Engraving is offered both online and in-studio. Please allow 1–2 days for standard engraving and 3–4 days for hand engraving. Note that engraved items are final sale.
